I recently received this touching letter from Cindy, a wonderful woman who entrusted me with helping both of her elderly parents find the right care and housing. I wanted to try to make her letter flat, no creases from the folds to get it in the mailing envelope, I wanted to try for a straighter version so it looks more professional but then I thought, why??.. our life's journey is not all straight and orderly with clean lines nor is it without bumps and hazy days or photos. So here is the original with a few imperfections just like our lives can and will be.
